- Select Engagement type Achievement
- Give your achievement a clear name (max 24 characters) and a short description (max 250 characters) to explain the reward or goal to members.
💡 You can also add translations for other languages if needed.

💡 Ejemplo:
🏅 "Product Knowledge Pro" - Se obtiene al completar 5 artículos en el canal de formación de productos con una puntuación mínima del 80%.
⚠️ Important: Achievements do not work with recurring actions or team-based tasks where only one member per location completes them. Ensure members have access to any specific articles you select.

- Before the archive date – Members can earn it.
- After the archive date – It disappears for those who didn’t complete it but remains visible for those who earned it.
- To leave it open-ended, select No archive date.
- Add Rewards: Select the type of reward members will receive upon earning the achievement:
- Generic Reward – Automatically gives the same reward to all members who meet the criteria (e.g., message or coupon code)
- Personalized Reward – Manually assign unique rewards to individual members after completion.
- No reward – Members earn the achievement itself without receiving any additional reward.
⚠️ Important: Achievements cannot be edited after a member has earned them! Make sure everything is correct before publishing. ✅
- After reviewing all settings, click Publish to make the achievement available to members.

🎁 Recompensas personalizadas para los afiliados
If you’ve set up a Personalized Reward, you’ll need to manually assign it to members after they’ve earned an achievement or won a competition. 🏆
¿Dónde consultar?
In Engagement Studio, go to the Results tab of the achievement or competition. You’ll see how many members have completed/won and how many still need their reward.
Manually assign rewards
- Use the search bar or apply the Not Rewarded filter.
- Click Attach next to the member’s name.
- Enter the reward (message, code, certificate link, etc.).
- The reward is delivered instantly, and the member receives a notification. 🔔
💡 Manual assignment works well for one-off or unique gifts, such as certificates or personalized vouchers.
Carga masiva de recompensas
Click Batch Upload 📁.
- Download the .csv file of members who haven’t received rewards.
- Fill in the reward details for each member.
- Upload the updated file.
